If you want to upgrade your life (by decluttering or by other personal development), you’re going to have to be willing to let some things go. You can’t ADD new things without TAKING away some of the old.
This might be physical clutter in order to make room for new memories, experiences, and just space to breathe and think.
Or goodbye to the 24 kitchen gadgets you never use so that there’s room in the cupboards for the things you DO use. (And grab a copy of the Kitchen Refresh Pack if you want help with this.)
Or no thanks to the cupcake so you can improve your health.
No to the extra commitment so you have time to get enough rest.
No to the person who wants to monopolize your time.
Challenging, no? But it makes perfect sense and you can do it.
The cool thing is that one change will often beget another. Clean up your kitchen and you’ll start eating better.
Clean out your closet and you might start wearing more of your favorite clothes which will help you have a better attitude throughout the day!
This video talks more about why you MUST say no to upgrade your life.
I recommend you start a binder where you can keep all of these worksheets along with any of the other printables you download or purchase from the Early Bird Mom shop.
What do you need to let go of?
Request this week’s worksheet below and spend some time answering the 2 questions you’ll find there. (If you’re already on our email list, you’ll get each week’s worksheet on Mondays at 4pm EST.)
